Polynucleotides
Regenerative treatment in clinic, supported by hydration and protection at home.
About this treatment
Polynucleotides are regenerative injectable treatments designed to support the skin's own repair processes and overall skin quality. At ReGen they are prescribed in consultation as part of a personalised plan.
Regenerative treatments work with your skin's biology over time — and that biology benefits from skin that is well hydrated, barrier-supported and protected every day.
How your daily routine complements treatment
A consistent routine complements regenerative treatment by keeping the skin hydrated and calm. Hydration in particular supports the environment the treatment is designed to improve.
Skincare supports and maintains; the treatment itself is what drives regeneration. One does not replace the other.

Actives that may need adjusting around treatment
Whether — and for how long — to adjust any product is always your practitioner's decision for your plan. No fixed timings are given here, and actives must never be applied to recently treated skin without clinical guidance.
- —
Retinal (vitamin A), exfoliating acids and vitamin C serums. Your practitioner will advise whether, and for how long, to adjust actives around treatment. Do not apply products to freshly injected or sensitive areas without their guidance.
Treatment aftercare comes first
The aftercare instructions given to you at ReGen are specific to the treatment protocol, the areas treated and your clinical plan. They always take priority over general routine guidance, including this page.
