This treatment combines two proven approaches to acne scarring in one session: a scar-lifting technique that releases the tethered bands of tissue pulling scars downward, and polynucleotides — a regenerative injectable — applied to support the skin's repair and remodelling in the treated areas. Releasing the scar allows the surface to lift and level, while the polynucleotides encourage thicker, better-quality skin to form as healing progresses. The result is gradual: as the skin remodels over the following weeks and months, scarring typically looks softer, shallower and less noticeable. A course of sessions spaced several weeks apart is usually recommended for progressive improvement, sometimes alongside microneedling or peels as part of a full scar plan. The appointment takes around 45 minutes with numbing cream for comfort, and there is little downtime beyond mild redness and swelling that settles within days.
