ReGen Aesthetics Clinic
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking an appointment.
01
Bookings and the Booksy Platform
- Online appointments are currently managed through Booksy, the clinic’s booking platform.
- The booking and payment information displayed to you during the Booksy booking pathway forms part of the applicable booking terms.
- Where specific booking, reservation, payment, review or cancellation terms are clearly stated within a treatment/service description or at the point of booking, those specific terms form part of your booking agreement and apply alongside these general Terms and Conditions.
02
Consultation Bookings
- Consultations are booked at £30. This £30 is the consultation reservation fee applicable to consultation bookings.
- Where treatment subsequently proceeds, any applicable crediting of the consultation reservation fee will follow the clinic’s stated booking and treatment terms.
- Where, following your consultation, no treatment is agreed or clinically appropriate, the consultation reservation fee may be refundable where applicable under the clinic’s existing policy.
03
Treatment Bookings and Upfront Payments
- Where you book a specific treatment directly, an upfront payment of 30% of the treatment value is generally required to secure the appointment, unless a different payment requirement is specifically stated in the individual treatment/service description or displayed at the point of booking.
- The booking and payment requirement displayed for your selected service at the point of booking forms part of the applicable booking terms for that appointment.
- Any upfront payment made towards a treatment is applied towards the treatment balance when the appointment proceeds normally.
04
Cancellations, Rescheduling and Non-Attendance
- Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a charge of up to 100% of the value of the booked service may apply.
- If you fail to attend your appointment and are recorded as a no-show, a charge of up to 100% of the value of the booked service may apply.
- Any upfront payment already made towards the appointment forms part of the total amount that may be charged; it is not an additional charge on top of the applicable charge.
- Where you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, any applicable refund, transfer or booking-credit arrangements are subject to the booking and payment terms displayed for that service and the circumstances of the booking.
- Where service-specific booking or cancellation terms are displayed at the point of booking, including within Booksy, those terms also apply.
05
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-show, and the applicable no-show terms and charges may therefore apply, including a charge of up to 100% of the booked service value in accordance with the booking terms.
- Any upfront payment already made forms part of the total amount that may be charged and is not added on top of the 100% service value.
- If you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time, you may still be treated where there is sufficient time to do so safely and without adversely affecting subsequent appointments.
- Where there is insufficient time to provide your treatment safely or appropriately, the appointment may need to be shortened, modified or rearranged as clinically appropriate.
- Arriving late does not guarantee that the full treatment can be provided.
06
Medical and Clinical Suitability
- All treatments remain subject to consultation, your medical history, clinical assessment, contraindications and professional judgement.
- ReGen Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to decline, postpone or modify treatment where this is clinically appropriate.
- Payment or booking does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be clinically suitable for you.
- Nothing in these terms restricts your legitimate consumer rights where treatment cannot appropriately proceed.
07
Results and Expectations
- Aesthetic treatment outcomes vary between individuals. Treatment plans and anticipated outcomes are based on individual assessment and cannot be guaranteed.
- A desire for additional volume, further correction or a different aesthetic outcome does not automatically mean the original treatment was unsuccessful, and does not entitle you to complimentary additional product or treatment.
- This does not restrict your rights where there is a genuine treatment problem or complication.
08
Post-Treatment Reviews
- Post-treatment review appointments may be offered on a complimentary basis where clinically appropriate or where a review has been recommended.
- A review appointment is for the assessment of your treatment outcome, healing and progress, and any concerns you may have.
- Booking or attending a complimentary review does not automatically include, guarantee or entitle you to additional treatment, additional product, adjustment or a "top-up".
- Any further treatment is subject to clinical assessment, suitability and the treatment originally provided.
- Where additional treatment or product is requested for increased volume, a different result, or further elective treatment rather than the correction of a treatment-related issue, this may be chargeable.
- Any treatment-specific review or top-up terms already in place will continue to apply.
- If you have any concerns following your treatment, including a complication or unexpected outcome, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Raising a genuine concern will never in itself result in a charge, and we encourage you to contact us promptly.
09
Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate medical history, medication and relevant health information, and for informing the clinic of any changes.
- You should follow all pre-treatment preparation and aftercare advice provided to you.
- You should contact the clinic promptly about any unexpected symptoms, concerns or changes following treatment.
- Where a clinical review has been recommended, you should attend it where reasonably possible.
10
Payments and Payment Providers
- Full payment for treatments is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
- Klarna and Clearpay may be available where applicable. Any instalment or payment-plan arrangement is subject to the provider’s own terms, eligibility criteria and approval.
- Availability of Klarna or Clearpay is not guaranteed for every treatment or client.
11
Photography
- Clinical photographs may be taken for medical records.
- Additional consent will always be requested before any images are used for educational or marketing purposes.
12
Consumer Rights
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are subject to change. For questions, please contact us directly.
