Treatment Overview
Lumixa Age Control is a non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that works with Fluorescent Light Energy (FLE) technology. A topical photoconverter gel is applied to the skin and activated with professional red LED light; the interaction between them produces fluorescent light energy across multiple wavelengths, designed to stimulate cellular activity and support the skin's own regenerative processes. It is intended for clients showing visible signs of skin ageing, and may help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, skin firmness, elasticity, texture and overall skin quality, as well as dull or tired-looking skin. Because it supports the skin's natural regeneration rather than working only at the surface, Lumixa is best understood as a regenerative treatment rather than a standard LED facial. The treatment is comfortable and requires little to no downtime, so you can return to your normal day straight away. Suitability is always assessed individually, and a course of five weekly treatments is generally recommended, with your final treatment plan determined at consultation.
