Treatment Overview
This treatment addresses the face and neck together, treating them as one connected structure — which is how they age. Hyperdilute Radiesse, a diluted collagen-stimulating biostimulator, is injected into the skin of both areas to encourage your own collagen production, gradually improving firmness, thickness and overall skin quality across the jawline, lower face and neck. It suits those noticing early laxity, crepiness and loss of support across the face and neck together, and is often recommended as part of a considered plan to refresh the lower face profile. Because the improvement is your own collagen, the result is gradual and natural looking rather than sudden. The appointment takes around an hour with numbing cream for comfort. Mild swelling or bruising may occur and settles within days, and a review appointment is included to assess how your skin responds. Your consultation will assess whether face-and-neck remodelling is the right approach, or whether a different treatment would serve your goals better. An initial course of one or two sessions is typical, spaced a few weeks apart, with further treatment guided by how your skin responds.
