Treatment Overview
The neck is often the first place to show loose, crepey skin — yet it responds well to the right approach. Hyperdilute Radiesse uses a diluted formulation of calcium hydroxylapatite, a collagen-stimulating biostimulator, injected across the neck to improve skin quality and firmness from within. Rather than filling, it encourages your skin to produce its own collagen over the following weeks and months. It suits those with mild to moderate laxity, crepiness and the early development of visible banding, and it works best before the skin has become significantly loose — honest advice on suitability is a key part of your consultation. Treatment takes around 45 minutes with numbing cream for comfort. Mild swelling or small bumps may occur and typically settle within days. One or two sessions are usual, with a review to assess your response. Results develop gradually, so patience is part of the process, and maintenance can be planned to sustain the improvement.
