Treatment Overview
Polynucleotides are an advanced regenerative treatment that uses purified DNA fragments to support the skin's natural repair processes, improving texture, elasticity and resilience. Rather than adding volume, polynucleotides work at a cellular level to encourage tissue regeneration, making them particularly effective for delicate areas such as the under-eyes, neck and décolleté, as well as the face. They are suitable for clients concerned about fine lines, crepiness, dark circles, scarring or overall skin quality, and are increasingly popular for those seeking natural, regenerative results. Treatment involves a series of micro-injections delivered by our aesthetic nurse practitioner following a thorough consultation and medical assessment. An initial course of two to three sessions, spaced four weeks apart, is typically recommended, with maintenance treatments every four to six months. Results develop gradually, with improvements in skin quality visible from around four weeks after the first session and continuing to build with each treatment. Mild swelling, redness or bruising at the injection points is common and typically settles within a few days.
