Treatment Overview
Medical micro-tox is an advanced skin-quality treatment that uses micro-injections of botulinum toxin across the face to refine pore appearance, reduce oiliness and smooth fine lines. By delivering a micro-dose of toxin into the superficial skin, treatment relaxes the tiny muscles controlling pore size and reduces the activity of sebaceous glands, creating a smoother, more refined complexion. It is particularly suited to clients concerned with enlarged pores, oily skin or fine texture changes, and is often combined with microneedling or skin boosters for enhanced results. Treatment is delivered by our aesthetic nurse practitioner following a full consultation and medical assessment. An initial course of two to three sessions, spaced four weeks apart, is typically recommended, with maintenance treatments every three to six months. Results develop gradually, with improvements in skin texture and pore visibility visible from around two weeks after the first session.
